So I’ve been sorting many, many comments from what I’m assuming are spambots.\u00a0 But there have been more recently that I’ve been unable to tell if they are real “readers” of my blog or have another agenda for the comments they make.\u00a0 The beauty of having my own website is the control of what gets “approved” and what doesn’t in the comments section.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The downside to that is I have to judge each comment and decide if its real or something I don’t want on my site.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Some are easy to judge, their broken English and the fact they’ve embedded a link to Cialis is a clear sign.\u00a0 Those I’ve been deleting on a daily basis.\u00a0\u00a0 And the Russian (or whatever language it was in) that I, of course, couldn’t read… well, I had to delete that one just to be on the safe side!\u00a0 lol.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Others seem like real people.. but maybe fellow bloggers that are trying to generate readers to their site.\u00a0 Those I allow.\u00a0 Hell, if they’re fellow bloggers how can I NOT support them.\u00a0\u00a0 (did you know there is a blogger convention!\u00a0 I swear there is a convention for EVERYTHING<\/em>)\u00a0\u00a0 But I try to be selective when I approve even a fellow blogger’s comment.\u00a0 If they’ve added a link to another page, I’ll delete it.\u00a0 Because I can edit a comment before I approve it.\u00a0 (Hee hee, I love being a dictator<\/span> the control!)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Still the most thrilling<\/span> baffling thing is that other people beyond those I’ve told about it are reading this blog.\u00a0 Even if their motives are only to drum up advertising or readership to their own site.. still, its sweet to think people other than my friends are enjoying this piece of entertaining fluff.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Although I wonder if good manners means I should leave a comment on their blogs.\u00a0 Kind of a “you looked at mine, I’ll look at yours” courtesy. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If only I had good manners!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
